We offer free tracking for orders above €50.

7. Returns & Undeliverable Packages

If a package is undeliverable and returned to us, a refund will be issued for the order value, excluding shipping costs.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original, unopened, and undamaged condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
